1. What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and account activity across SceneOF's AI-assisted generation tools.
- You may use SceneOF only for lawful business or creative work that complies with these rules.
- You are responsible for the prompts, reference assets, and downstream use of generated outputs.
- We may review activity when needed to enforce safety, fraud, or platform integrity controls.
2. Prohibited Content
Do not use SceneOF to create, request, upload, or distribute content in the following categories:
- Nude, sexually explicit, pornographic, fetish, or sexually suggestive content.
- Content involving minors in sexualized contexts, exploitation, or abuse.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence, or coercive sexual content.
- Illegal, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, or violent content that targets people or protected groups.
- Requests intended to evade moderation, hide unsafe intent, or misuse the platform's safety systems.
3. Prompt Safety and Moderation
SceneOF screens covered prompts before generation. Moderation may block requests that appear unsafe, policy-violating, or unavailable for safe review.
- Blocked or unavailable moderation decisions may prevent queueing, billing, or generation from proceeding.
4. Enforcement
We may refuse prompts, remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts when activity violates this policy or our Terms of Service.
- Safety decisions may stop a request before generation starts.
- Repeated or severe violations can lead to account restriction or termination.
- We may preserve records needed for abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute review.
